Boston Marathon Bomber’s Aunt Claims FBI Set up Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and She Has Proof

The Russian aunt of convicted Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has filed a motion in his death penalty appeal case that reveals new details on the meetings her nephew’s attorneys had in Russia with his parents and makes a bizarre allegation that the FBI said the bomber had a “heavy-laden black backpack,” not the white one he can be seen carrying in video taken before the deadly blasts.

In the filing, Maret Tsarnaeva, a Chechen attorney and the sister of Tsarnaev family patriarch Anzor, asks to join her nephew’s death penalty appeal defense team, a request denied by a federal judge this year.

Available evidence against former UK Prime Minister of pedophillia would have resulted in questioning

Operation Conifer was intended only to research claims made against the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1970 until 1974, Edward Heath, in his home county of Wiltshire, but in this regional investigation over 26 claims of sexual abuse which met a certain threshold of evidence were officially filed against Heath. The most unpalatable involved Heath paying for sex with an 11-year-old boy when he was an MP. This investigation, however, is simply the ‘one which slipped through the net’ at the end of a long string of allegations against Heath which were hushed.

Corey Feldman's 1993 audio files naming alleged sexual predators found by Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office

The former child actor claimed in October that he had given the names of sexual predators in Hollywood to the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office in 1993 during their invesigtation into Michael Jackson's molestation charges. The Sheriff’s Office denied those claims, saying they had no records of Feldman revealing such information, until now.

Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office public information officer Kelly Hoover told Fox News on Tuesday night in an emailed statement, “Following the recent inquiries into the Sheriff’s Office interview of Mr. Feldman in 1993, the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office conducted an additional review for any stored items remaining from the Michael Jackson investigation. In a container which included the original reports from the investigation, the Sheriff’s Office located some detective working copies of audio recordings made during the investigation. A copy of Mr. Feldman’s interview was located.
