Big Pharma is Synthesizing Cannabis to Make a Patent-able Pill and It’s Killing People

We could just use natural cannabis that is non lethal but the criminals in government and industry just wont allow it.

Throughout the bodies of every human on the planet is a physiological system that plays a crucial role in establishing and maintaining human health. The endogenous cannabinoid system (ECS), discovered by scientists unafraid of studying marijuana, is made of endocannabinoids and their receptors which are found throughout the body: in the brain, organs, connective tissues, glands, and immune cells.

Largest ever longitudinal twin study of adolescent cannabis use finds no relationship between heavy use and IQ decline

Marijuana is used more than any other recreational drug, with recent trends toward greater social and legal acceptance in some regions. Concerns remain, however, about a possible causal relationship suggested in scientific studies between marijuana use and decline in IQ, particularly among adolescent users. Other analyses have found no or inconclusive evidence for a link between IQ decline and marijuana use. However, most prior research, regardless of conclusion, has suffered from small participant cohorts, absence of pre-use data, potential influence of confounding effects, or some combination of these factors.

Congressman Who Voted For Drug Testing Food Stamp Recipients Busted For Cocaine

Representative Trey Radel was a major proponent of Republican legislation to make food stamp recipients submit to drug tests before receiving assistance.

The proposal for those on food stamps to urinate in cups to prove they’re not on drugs received widespread praise from Republicans. But only a month after he backed the proposal, police busted the Florida Republican on a charge of cocaine possession.

That’s right, the Republican politician who wanted to drug test poor people – those tests incurring huge tax-payer expenses – was himself using drugs.

Kia kaha, Helen Kelly

"Helen Kelly is fighting for the rights of others to the very end," reads a comment under Life and Death and Cannabis, the trade union leader's new post at The Standard. And yes, she really is.

Kelly is taking cannabis oil to help manage the pain associated with terminal cancer. She knows she is in breach of the criminal law – and she knows she is not alone. She also knows she has the ability to speak frankly about it where others may not

Peter Dunne Just Threw a Micro-Tantrum and Blocked My Twitter Account

He did follow me for 30 seconds so that he could block me afterwards. Tweeting back and forth with such a slippery, pompous fossil is much like pissing into the Wellington wind at the end of the day. Peter made it clear that he will not budge on cannabis law reform and caused a bit of a fuss by talking down to everyone involved in the conversation as though they were little children. The public sentiment on the war on drugs and specifically the law surrounding cannabis has turned in recent years and is growing louder and stronger against prohibition. It is an important issue for many people from many different walks of life and Peter Dunne is now firmly on the wrong side of things. Why do people still vote guys like this into parliament?

End the War on Cannabis in 2016 Peter Dunne

How mad is it that the president of the New Zealand Police Association can walk around a cannabis store in America and inspect legal marijuana asking questions about the business and then joke with the guys in the store about not coming to New Zealand because marijuana is not legal there YET? The war on drugs is a disaster and crime against humanity.

Peter has replied already:

The Drug War is Such a Violent Failure, the Surgeon General is Speaking Up for the First Time Ever

It’s a new year, and finally, a new voice will be added to the drug war debate. The federal government will actually get scientific input on drugs, and it will make prohibition look all that much more absurd.

Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, the nation’s top public health official, will be “presenting the state of the science on substance use, addiction and health,” in the first-ever report from that office.

“It’s time for us to have a conversation in this country that’s based on facts; A conversation that’s based on medicine and science. Which is why I’m proud to announce that next year, I will be releasing the first-ever Surgeon General’s Report on substance use, addiction, and health. We’re going to look at the best science on everything, from heroin and marijuana, to alcohol and prescription opioids.”

Law Enforcement Officer Gives Advice on How Not to Get Caught Drug Dealing

Posted on reddit: How drug dealers get caught. As told by a police officer.

Hello r/Drugs. I am a LEO for a medium sized city(I will not provide proof, sorry everyone), we have about 80K in population. The city is a college city so half of the population is young, experimental, and stupid. Then we have the 3-4 percenters who make a comfortable wage, have a college degree, and enjoy their life. Then we have the rest of the population who are criminals, minimum wage adults supporting families, and homeless people.

The cities average income is 19K a year and we have the most meth labs per square mile than any other place in the USA.

I'm one of the believers in legalization of all drugs. Not only could we make a mountain of cash taxing all drugs, we could stop throwing in billions trying to stop them. We'd be saving and gaining, the best kind of financial decision.

I see a lot of posts on here about dealing and I want to help you not get caught which also helps us save money.

Silicon Valley professionals are taking LSD at work to increase productivity

It seems unlikely, but that’s apparently what some Silicon Valley professionals have been doing - and reporting great results.

According to Rolling Stone, a growing number of people are experimenting with "microdoses" of psychedelics to help them work. A microdose of LSD is around 10-15 micrograms, approximately a tenth of a “normal” dose.
