John Key's reaction to Southern Cross cable tap question

John Campbell has been doing the best job so far of asking tough questions following the Greenwald/Snowden revelations. The video says it all. Key's reaction to the question, combined with the non-answer that the Southern Cross (SX) CEO would "know" about a cable tap is ridiculous. Not to mention the fact that the CEO of SX formerly worked for the NZ government, he obviously wouldn't be at liberty to disclose if it was tapped with his knowledge anyway. It's absurd.

IF the SX CEO knew, he certainly wouldn't tell us about it and he probably has no idea it has been tapped. Besides, the US reportedly has the ability to tap fibre optic cables without detection: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_Jimmy_Carter_%28SSN-23%29
